WEEK THREE SUMMER CAMP TUITION: DUE DATE 5/26/25

DO NOT PAY WEEKLY TUITION IF YOU HAVE NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED! SLOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED WITHOUT PROPER REGISTRATION BEING COMPLETED.

REMINDERS WILL BE SENT VIA TEXT. PAYMENTS ARE DUE EVERY MONDAY, ACCORDING TO THE PAY SCHEDULE SIGNED IN THE REGISTRATION. THERE IS ALSO AN ADDITIONAL $10 FEE ADDED TO THE COST OF TUITION, PER THE REGISTRATION AGREEMENT. THE SQUARE PROCESSING FEE IS SEPERATE FROM OURS AND DEPENDS ON THE AMOUNT OF YOUR TRANSACTION. IF YOU ARE PAYING AFTER THE DUE DATE, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE $50.00 LATE FEE TO YOUR TUITION. IF YOUR LATE FEE IS NOT PAID, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED! (No late fees assessed for Week 1).

*Unfortunately, Square has changed their processing fees and percentages, so we have to adjust accordingly.

*TO AVOID ANY PROCESSING FEES- If you prefer to pay via cash, check, or pay multiple weeks at once, please email us for further instructions. If you need to drop the payment off outside of business hours, please place it in our mailbox, 106A, the extra large mailbox. Be sure to put the payment in a sealed envelope.

*When selecting the ticket, PLEASE enter your child's name, NOT your name. This allows us to check everyone in properly.

Per our policy, we DO NOT prorate for holiday closures, scheduled closures, inclement weather, Facility emergencies, such as loss of power, water, heating & air conditioning, or similar circumstances. We also DO NOT prorate OR provide credits for days missed. This can be due to vacations, illness, injury, family emergencies, or similar situations. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be strictly enforced.

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE MUST BE ADDED FOR THOSE ARRIVING BEFORE 8 AM AND/OR THOSE NEEDING CARE AFTER 2 PM, OR A $50.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED DAILY.
